• To use the report, you’ll need either your new account # (located in the top right-hand corner of your bill) or your old account # from our previous billing system. Simply enter your account # in the search box to locate your details and hit the Generate Information button.

• Please note that the months listed at the top of each page represent the dates you received your bill last year, with the corresponding service period occurring prior to those dates. Water consumption is in thousands of gallons ( Kgals).

• Starting July 1, 2024, solid waste, water and sewer rates increased by an average of 7.8%. Additionally, the stormwater fee has been moved from your property tax bill to your utility bills. However since the stormwater fee will no longer appear on your property tax bill, this does not represent an actual increase in your total costs.

• This summer, we’ve seen a 29% increase in water consumption across the city, due to high temperatures leading to increased water usage.
